Since starting in the kitchen in 2022 with his uncle, Chef Alain Buthion, what began as a learning experience quickly turned into a passion for creating dishes and constantly improving his craft. Pascal enjoys exploring new flavors, techniques, and challenges that will help him grow into a culinary professional.

Bryant Gallegos
Le Parisien
Bryant Gallegos is executive chef at Le Parisien in Midtown. An East L.A. native, he got his training in French cuisine from Chef Ludo Lefebvre at Petit Trois. After five years in Chef Ludo's kitchen and stints at L&E Oyster Bar and Miami, he came to OKC to open Le Parisien.

Garrett Hare
Nonesuch
Garrett was raised in Oklahoma City, attended the International Culinary Center in New York City, then worked at Tavernetta in Denver. After the pandemic he returned to OKC and joined Nonesuch, leading the kitchen since early 2023 with an emphasis on local food systems, sustainability, and creativity.

Pizzeria Gusto + Big Truck Tacos
Chef Kathryn Mathis is an Oklahoma City chef, restaurateur, and entrepreneur with more than 40 years of experience. Co-owner of Pizzeria Gusto and Big Truck Tacos and founder of Back Door BBQ. In 2025, she competed on the winning team in the 405 Chefs' Battle and earned the Fan Favorite Dish award.

A true culinary experimentalist, Heidler blends molecular gastronomy techniques with a strong commitment to sustainability and Oklahoma-driven ingredients. His dishes are deeply intricate, constantly reimagining familiar ingredients into something entirely unexpected.

Little Belly
Born and raised on the West Texas/Mexico border, Marco Herrera has worked as Executive Chef of Noche Wood Fired Grill, Co-Founder of et al., Co-Executive Chef of Vintage Wine Bar, and is now Operating Partner of Little Belly — an American Izakaya in Tulsa.

Gabe Lazarde
Maestro | Solaire
Born in Maracaibo, Venezuela, Gabe Lazarde developed his love of cooking through family traditions. After relocating to Tulsa in 2017, he launched Solaire, a South American-inspired fine dining pop-up, in 2024 and joined the opening team at Maestro to showcase Latin American and Caribbean cuisine.

Caleb Mohr
FarmBar
Caleb Mohr leads a farm-to-table kitchen at FarmBar in Tulsa. An OSUIT graduate, he trained at Michelin-starred Aponem in France, building a classical French foundation. He helped guide FarmBar to a James Beard Outstanding Restaurant semifinalist nomination.

A long-term residential recovery program offering a proven path out of addiction to drugs and alcohol — at no cost to residents or their families. Operating Men's and Women's campuses in South Oklahoma City, FIRSTEP provides employment support, licensed therapists, and intensive outpatient services through a Social Model of recovery. OKARR-certified since 2020.

An Oklahoma City nonprofit dedicated to creating turning points for young people who need it most. Through programs including the Community Intervention Center, Family Junction, The Point, and Tiny Homes, Pivot provides crisis intervention, transitional housing, and wraparound support for youth experiencing homelessness, trauma, and instability.
